EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – A man fleeing a traffic stop became entangled in roadside rambles and had to pulled out by the pursing cops. Why did he run? Police said they found 25 grams of cocaine in David Lunde’s pocket. Lunde, 25, of Prescott, was booked for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, resisting an officer, and carrying a concealed weapon, all as a repeat offender. Police had stopped Lunde for a burned-out taillight and an improper turn. One thing led to another.
