WINONA, Minn. – Judith Ann Loewen, 68, of Winona, who owned Lee-Ann Estate Sales, died unexpectedly at home. She was raised in Albert Lea and graduated from Albert Lea High School. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1976. She held a doctoral degree in infectious disease. She worked in hospitals in Winona, LaCrosse and Rochester. She was the clinical laboratory science director at Winona State University.
