EYOTA, Minn. – Three persons avoided serious injury in a two-vehicle collision off Interstate 90 on Highway 42 into Eyota. All were taken to a Rochester hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Elliott Christopher Wilkens, 23, of Byron, was driving a 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Nhia Yee Her, 60, of Rochester, was driving a 2022 Honda Civic CR-V. A passenger was X. Kelly Her, 58, of Rochester. The accident was about 5:20 p.m. The road was wet, police said. Both vehicles were headed north.
