LACROSSE, Wis. – Mayo Clinic unveiled plans for a new 70-bed hospital to expand its West Avenue South campus and the aging Franciscan hospital. Paul Mueller, Mayo’s regional vice president, said the new structure would be six floors and include a surgical and procedural floor and 30% larger patient rooms.. Anticipated completion date: 2024.
