ST. CHARLES, Minn. – A St. Charles man was arrested after an internet crimes investigation found evidence of soliciting sex with minors online. Charlie Dale Henry, 21, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies and city police at his house in the 800 block of Fifth Street. There were numerous solicitations, according to the criminal complaint that was the basis for arrest warrant.
