LACROSSE, Wis. – The body of a missing University of Wisconsin-La Crosse student was found in the Mississippi River about four blocks downstream from where he was last seen 3-1/2 weeks earlier. The recovery of the body of Halmud Faal, 25 , was about 4 p.m. An autopsy was ordered. Faal was last seen about 3:40 a.m., February 20. He had been downtown on a Saturday night. He was alone, walking along the river on Front Street south of Jay Street
