WINONA, Minn. – Crews have begun installing curb ramps on most of the length of the core Broadway route from the Near West Side to the Far East End. Traffic should be unaffected except for possible one-day or two-day periods at side streets, the city Engineering Department said. The ramps are being installed from Sioux Street and Mankato Avenue. The city expects the project be completed by August.
