WINONA, Minn. – Police arrested two Rochester men for the theft of nearly $1,800 of merchandise from the Winona retail store Target 2-1/2 weeks ago. Glenn Hoffman, 53, and Kog J. Malith, 28, were arrested back at the store. Police said Hoffman was carrying a drug when arrested and tested positive for methamphetamine. Stolen on March 3 were a Ring security camera, food item, and other electronics.
