ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester drug-dealer pleaded guilty to settle charges stemming from two major busts in 2020. James Siewer, 23, was arrested in a raid at a northwest Rochester home on August 2020 and again in December 2020 with a carload of drugs. His guilty plea was to plea-bargained charges. In the house raid, police seized 1.1 pounds of marijuana, 66 doses of LSD plus liquid LSD,  80 chocolate bars containing hallucinogenic mushrooms, along with THC wax and $40,000 cash. Siewer  was originally charged with seven felony offenses. In the case involving the traffic stop, which was near the Rochester airport, police found nine pounds of marijuana and items used to package drugs. He had a possible 35 years in prison on the original charge for interstate transport of drugs.
