LACROSSE, Wis. – An early spring storm could bring thunderstorms, showers and snow to southeast Minnesota an adjacent areas of Wisconsin and Iowa, the National Weather Service said. The storm is forecast overnight and into Wednesday. Expect 1/5 to 1/2 inch of rain. If thunderstorms develop, the rain will turn to heavy, wet snow Wednesday night with one to three inches.
