WINONA, Minn. — Deputies said they found the illegal drug ecstacy while arresting a Winona man on a warrant. Arrested was Mika Anthony Blaskowski, 24, The arrest was on the 1500 block of Service Drive near the junction with Gilmore Avenue about 11:35 a.m.
