ST. CHARLES, Minn.— A St. Charles woman was injured when her car left the road crashed into a culvert on Highway 14 near the St. Charles city park. This was just opposite the county fairgrounds, Injuries to Beverly Ann Melton, 72, were described as non-life threatening. She was taken to a Rochester hospital to be checked out for sure. The accident was about 1:35 p.m. Pavement was dry. Melton was headed into town in a 2021 Buick Encore.
