LACROSSE, Wis. — The National Weather Service issued a tornado watch for a 25-county swatth of southeast Minnesota and neighboring Iowa and Wisconsin counties through 10 p.m. The watch includes Buffalo, Fillmore, Houston, Olmsted, Trempealeau, Wabasha, and Winona counties, among others– and these cities:
> Iowa: Estherville, Algoma.
> Minnesota: Austin, Faribault, Fairmont, Mankato, Rochester, Wabasha, Winona.
> Wisconsin: LaCrosse.
