ST. PAUL, Minn. — Minnesota farmers who suffered drought losses in 2021 can apply for reimbursement up to $7,500 through the state Agriculture Department. Applications are will be accepted in mid-June. The Legislature put $8.1 million into drought-relief for 83 counties. Excepted are Goodhue, Rice, Wabasha and Winona counties, which escaped the worst of the drought.
