ST. PAUL Mnn. – A weight scale-master at the XPO Logistics trucking company stole a small army’s worth of firearms over a 10-month period, according to federal prosecutors. The criminal complaint says Jason Thomas Cikotte, 31, of Isanti, took 11 weapons plus accessories es from pallets. Agents said they found the weapons in Cikotte’s s house. Confiscated were:
> Ten Canik model Rival 9mm semiautomatic pistols.
> One Century Arms model Draco NAK 9 9mm semiautomatic AK pistol.
The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives was alerted to missing shipments in March. XPO provided surveillance video of Cikotte removing weapons from shrink-wrapped pallets in his job as an overnight weight inspector and taking them to his car. The weapons were addressed to federal licensed Federal firearms dealers. In all, XPO said 187 firearms were missing.
