WINONA, Minn. – An AR-15 combat-style rifle was reported stolen from the trunk of a car on the 100 block of Walnut Street on the Near West Side. The owner reported the theft about 4:10 a.m. The weapon, with a tan stock, was valued at $1,300. A $200 Red-Dot scope was missing too, the owner said.
