EYOTA, Minn. – Barrels of oil bounced off a truck and slickened the Highway 14 route that links Winona and Rochester. The spill was at the State Highway 42 roundabout to Plainview and Chatfield. Nobody was injured. Traffic was routed around the spill while crews spread sand to soak up the oil. Police said the barrels were not properly secured.
