WINONA, Minn. — A Winona man, Kirk Patrick Peterson, 58, was arrested after stolen wardrobe items showed up for sale on Facebook. Police said they found he items at his place and made the arrest about 11:30 a.m. Also, a downtown merchant had surveillance tape of the theft, police said. Taken were several upscale shirts and purses.
