WINONA, Minn. — A West End man reported $1,900 was stolen from his apartment by someone who kicked in the door. The theft, he said, was September 10, but he hadn’t reported it sooner because he assumed his landlord had done so. The man, who lives in the 850 block of West Fifth, said he had gone over to a Kwik Trip convenience store for 10 minutes or so when the break-in occurred.
