UTICA, Minn. – The driver of a truck loaded with grain cut a corner too tight. The truck overturned. The grain all flowed into the ditch. The driver, Alexander Milyaev Blanchard, 22, of Winona, was unhurt. Deputies said Blanchard failed to stop before proceeding into the intersection at County Road 18 southeast Sand Hill Road of Utica. The accident was about 8:45 a.m.
