DAKOTA, Minn. – A Rushford driver was hurt after striking a deer on Interstate 90 and swerving into an 18-wheeler. Katie Lynn Humble, 40, was taken to the Winona hospital. Her injuries were thought to be non-life threatening. A passenger, Lynn Marie Humble, 72, also of Rushford, was unhurt. The accident was a little before 8 p.m. at the I-90 split to Winona and to Rochester. Both vehicles were headed west. The driver of the 2016 Volvo semi, Erikas Garnys, 60, of Willowbrook, Illinois, was unhurt. The Humbles were in a 2007 Jeep Liberty.
