WINONA, Minn. – After police stopped a Winona driver for speeding, they couldn’t miss that her body stunk of alcohol. Victoria Lynn Brommerich, 48, admitted to having been drinking, and she failed the usual field sobriety tests. She was taken to the jail house for precise blood-alcohol tests. Charges were pending results from a state lab. The stop was about 11:50 p.m.
