WINONA, Minn. — The Heart Strings Harp Circle will be in concert Sunday at Wesley United Methodist Church. The folk harpists, with participants, from Winona, La Crosse, La Crescent and Lanesboro, perform without a conductor and instead listen to each other as a team. Time: 2 p.m. Admission: Free. Donations accepted for a caring local nonprofit.
