WINONA, Minn. –The Winona Chamber of Commerce board of directors has five new members elected for 2023:
> Stan Breitlow of Watlow of Winona.
> Amber Hamernik of Bremer Bank in Winona.
> Mandy Hansel of RiverSide Integrated Solutions of Lewiston, Rushford and Winona.
> Jason Gamoke of Morgan’s Jewelers of Winona.
> Kevin Ritz of WA Group insurance of Rochester.
The board has 15 members. Departing the members: Dan Rivers, Kyle Rupprecht, Mike Scharron, Randy Skarlupka and Ellen Smith.
