HART, Minn. – Two semi-trucks lost traction on a hill and slid off Hartwood Road east of the hamlet of Hart. No one was injured in the accidents. The backroads in southern Winona County were snow-covered and icy. A Borkowski tow crew from Winona decided not to pull the vehicles out until daylight. The accidents were about seven miles south of Interstate 90 at Hartwood and Brandywine roads.
