WINONA, Minn. – Police brought their drug-sniffing dog to the Alternative Learning Center after Principal Jolene Danca called in suspicions about drugs. The dog sniffed lockers and found nothing, police said. The school, at 1299 West Third Street, has 69 students enrolled in nontraditional paths to graduation.
