ST. PAUL, Minn. – This is the week for ultimate fall colors in southeast Minnesota, according to the state Natural Resources Department season colors map. Olmsted, Wabasha and Winona counties are peaking at 75% to 100%. The Twin Cities and southwest counties are 50-100%. Northern Minnesota is long past its peak.
