UTICA, Minn. — A thermodynamic plasma cutter valued between $1,500 and $1,700 was reported stolen from Midwestern BioAg at the east end of Main Street in Utica. The plasma cutter was last seen between October 15 and 16. Sheriff’s officers found no signs of forced entry. The theft was reported about 3 p.m.
