WINONA, Minn. – Overnight rain was expected to have a cool trip on its way down to the ground, turning to snow. There may be lightning and thunder too. Then, for Sunday through Monday, the National Weather Service issued a Winter Storm Watch. Expect bands of snow as much as eight inches and winds of 25 mph.
