WINONA, Minn. – A 19th Winonan has died of the coronavirus, the state Health Department reported. The death, of a person in the 60 to 64 age range, was the first since September 15. Meanwhile, seven new cases were confirmed in county, bringing the total of positive cases to 1,243.
