ROLLINGSTONE, Minn. – Deputies arrested Frank Ahmed Robert Dewberry, 27, of Rollingstone, for a potential charge of driving while intoxicated. Deputies located Dewberry in his car after responding to a report of an argument in Rollingstone. Deputies said his blood-alcohol tested at 0.16%, twice the max allowed for driving. The arrest was about 4:30 a.m.
