ROCHESTER, Minn. – Two Amish children hurt in a buggy crash in Fillmore County on have been released from a Rochester hospital. The children, age 12 and 1, had been in treatment and under observation since the accident, Four others in the horse-drawn buggy escaped serious injury. The motor vehicle that hit the buggy left the scene.
