WINONA, Minn. – Thirty-five new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Winona County by the Minnesota Department of Health. The cases pushed the pandemic total to 1,721 cases. With no new deaths, the mortality total remained at 20 — about 1.2% of the county’s cases.
