STOCKTON, Minn. – The driver of an all-terrain four-wheeler was arrested with blood-alcohol content more than double what the law allows. Matthew Benjamin Gaustad, 29, of Stockton, was stopped on Main Street about 8:30 p.m. His blood was running .14% alcohol, the arresting deputy said.
