WINONA, Minn. – A Winona driver was arrested asleep at the wheel in the middle of the intersection at Fourth and Winona streets. When shaken awake by an officer, the man said he was “very tired.” Michael Richard Zeller, 42, was taken into custody on suspicion of impaired driving. This was about 5:50 a.m. Officers said his eyes were bloodshot and his pupils dilated. Sobriety tests t didn’t go well, the officer said.
