WINONA, Minn. — Police arrested Laurie Elizabeth Boehmke, 41, of Winona, regarding a restraining order that forbid harassment. The arrest was about 10 p.m. on the 1100 block of Sugar Loaf Road, at the foot of the street’s namesake rock pinnacle.
