WINONA, Minn. – Sneak peak tours of the new lake-side YMCA begin Monday for Y members, chief executive Janneke Sobeck announced. Reservations are needed for tour groups. Sobeck said work on the building is 85% complete. Move-in dates will be in late December and early January, she said.
