WINONA, Minn. – A Winona woman, Ashley Marie Srock, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections after sheriff’s deputies pulled her over for having a suspended object in her windshield. In the vehicle with Srock was Chase Michael Wehner, 21, of Winona, who was field-tested for meth in his system and arrested, deputies said. The stop was about 11:30 a.m. in the 700 residential block of East Sixth Street.
