WINONA, Minn. — The Winona Chamber of Commerce began distributing free face masks to businesses to help comply with Gov. Tim Walz’s order requiring masks in indoor public spaces. Christy Ransom, president of the Chamber, said merchants are pleased to have the masks. They are a small price to pay to keep businesses open, she said.
