WINONA, Minn. – Tenants in an apartment building just off Center Street called police that their landlord was being loud and obnoxious and banging at their door. Police arrived and found the landlord, who lives in the building, was yelling still and pounding and persisting. Cited for disorderly conduct was 60-year-ood Lindsay Teresa Huff. This was about 11:10 p.m. in the 50 block of West Fifth Street. Tenants said that Huff had been back three times, shouting through the door and banging about hem having visitors. Finally they called the cops.
