LACROSSE, Wis. –The LaCrosse airport manager sees light at the end of a long quiet tunnel. JD Roberts, the airport business manager, said that American Eagle is adding a fourth daily flight to Chicago and back in May. The airport has been relatively moribund since April when Delta dropped all its service due to a pilot shortage.
