WINONA, Minn. — Police were notified of a driver stuck on the tracks on the Union Pacific spur in the riverside elevator district. But she wasn’t stuck any more. When police arrived, she was driving down the tracks. Evelyn Anne Engeren, 20, of Lakeville, was arrested with a recommendation to the county attorney that she be prosecuted for driving while intoxicated and refusing a field sobriety test. The incident was near Bay State Milling grain elevators about 1:55 a.m. The tracks are used by trains only during the day and only for switching.
