MADISON, Wis. — Governor Tony Evers said he expects President Donald Trump and his entourage to wear masks indoors and to social distance when visiting Oshkosh for a rally Monday. A statewide mask mandate has been in effect since July to counter coronavirus infections. Trump’s rally has been timed to steal thunder from the Demoicratic national convention in Milwaukee.
