WINONA, Minn. – Fog was forecast to continue to obscure visibility in southeast Minnesota through Monday. For several days the fog has hidden blufftops, occasionally creeping also to lower elevations and reducing visibility sometimes.to a quarter mile or less. This bodes not well for commuters starting their work week. Forecasters said temperatures will drop as the week progresses and clear the fog.
