WINONA, Minn. – Police arrested a man after a report that he called another man a derogatory name and threatened to beat him up. This was about 7:50 a.m. at 1750 Kramer Drive at Maplewood Homes on the Far West End. Arrested was Deniro Sheldon Bradford, 66, of Winona.
