WINONA, Minn. – A LaCrosse man, somewhat less than sober, was arrested a couple blocks down the block from the No Name Bar on East Third Street, where a patron had smashed out the window in a door while leaving. This was about 11 p.m. Charges were pending against the 25-year-old man. Police quoted the man that he didn’t know anything about any window but that he had been the victim an assault. Pressed for detail, the man didn’t know where or who did it, police said. He showed no sign of injury, police said.
