DRESBACH, Minn. – A Dakota man, John Vining Wilson, 40, was arrested after another person was grabbed by a cellphone near the Molder Road area of the Dresbach boat landing. This was about 11:20 p.m. Deputies recommended a charge of domestic assault that led to t fear and harm.
