MINNEAPOLIS — A Minneapolis man was arrested by federal agents and charged with manufacturing devices that convert a semi-automatic firearm into a machine gun. Aaron Malik Cato, 25, was arrested at home. Police confiscated four 3D printers and several 3D-printed auto-sear devices. Agents said Cato had parts on hand to build at least 10 more sears. The arrest came after customs agents intercepted a package addressed to Cato sent from Taiwan
