ROLLINGSTONE, Minn. — Deputies arrested Xavier Cortez Davis, 29, of Rollingstone, after a domestic assault complaint. Deputies were told that Davis slapped a woman on the face. Injuries were minor, deputies said. This was about 5:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Main Street.
