MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. – A Minnesota City man was arrested after a violent argument in which a woman was injured at an apartment. Deputies said the woman didn’t need medical attention. The woman was alone when deputies arrived. They arrested Ricky Lee Orr, 45, when he later returned. This about 4 a.m. on Wenonah Road, which is an extension of Fifth Street out of Winona’s West End.
